The people of Cuba are being hit particularly bad with Covid-19 cases at the moment. Despite the best efforts of the Cuban government and medics to manufacture vaccines and distribute them to the population as quickly as possible, the task has proved to be extremely difficult under the restrictions imposed by the all-encompassing US blockade on the island.

Cuba needs international assistance to source raw materials necessary to make its vaccines. Cuba also needs assistance to purchase medicines to treat patients, both Covid and non-Covid, and this is where solidarity actions come in.
