    When Ukraine used an unsuspecting driver carrying truck full of explosives, on a bridge full of civilian traffic, causing an explosion that took 5 innocent lives, it was a cause for a celebration, but when Russia attacked a bridge with precision, and nobody died, it's terrorism.
