“Yunior is seeking a confrontation with the armed forces, with the MININT”, this is how agent Fernando defines the plans of the leader of the Archipelago platform, in the same way he adds that “we are seeing in Yunior the creation and action of a counterrevolutionary”. A material released by Razones de Cuba reveals the identity of agent Fernando, from the State Security Organs, who participated together with Yunior Garc\u00eda Aguilera in a workshop on \u201cThe role of the armed forces in a transition process\u201d, sponsored by the American University Saint Louis, in its branch in Madrid. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlos Leonardo V\u00e1zquez Gonz\u00e1lez, physician, first-degree specialist in comprehensive general medicine and specialist in Oncology, was agent Fernando for 25 years \u201cI am a Cuban, a revolutionary, a Martiano, and the greatest a fidelista. I am sitting today to make this public denunciation to the people of Cuba so that they will not be fooled by leaders created by manuals, because Cuba will never be intervened by the great enemy of the North \u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Tuesday, October 12, the Old Havana Administration Council denied the request of citizen Yunior Garc\u00eda Aguilera regarding the holding of a march for allegedly peaceful purposes scheduled for next November. Using as a facade a civic initiative, conceived simultaneously for the entire country, it supported this request in Article 56 of the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article establishes that “The rights of assembly, demonstration and association, for lawful and peaceful purposes, are recognized by the State as long as they are exercised with respect for public order and compliance with the requirements established by law.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But they ignore that the constitutional text makes explicit in its article 45 that \u201cThe exercise of people’s rights is only limited by the rights of others, collective security, general welfare, respect for public order, the Constitution and the laws “<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the material of Las Razones de Cuba it is explained that “The march for change”, as they call this illegal and counterrevolutionary action, constitutes an attempt to generate a climate of insecurity, destabilization and ungovernability, just the day the country opens its international borders and more than 1,600,000 students return to schools.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of 2018, Yunior traveled to Argentina to participate in an event coordinating for the project “Time for changes and the new role of the armed forces in Cuba.” The objectives are set out on the website of the Torcuato Di Tella University, the course’s governing center, among them: \u201cTo give continuity to the study of the FAR, both through interviews, analysis of circulating information, contacts by email to be able to transmit appropriately to the activists possible scenarios and supposed allies in the future \u201d, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the website, another objective is “to cooperate with Cuban actors so that they can generate activities that allow them to link with members of the FAR open to processes of change.” Another purpose of the course was “to encourage civil society actors to disseminate knowledge and activities about the FAR.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Razones de Cuba, in this meeting the leader of the Archipelago exchanged with academics Ruth Diamint and Laura Tedesco, architects of the “Dialogue on Cuba” project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The staging” developed by Garc\u00eda Aguilera began much earlier than the playwright wants to admit. Dr. Carlos Leonardo V\u00e1zquez Gonz\u00e1lez has evidence “in September 2019 we participated in an event on the role of the armed forces in a transition process,” he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants were all Cubans – V\u00e1zquez Gonz\u00e1lez recounted – from different sectors, doctors, journalists, historians. \u201cYunior Garc\u00eda Aguilera was there in that workshop (\u2026) In this workshop where I participated, it follows a project that is carried out by experts from different parts of the world. There are many organizations that are financed by the United States such as the NED , Instituto por la Libertad (IPL), People In Need, CADAL whose objective is to overthrow the Cuban Revolution “<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the course, Richard Youngs, an expert from the Carnegie Fund for International Peace based in Washington, gave a lecture on new forms of civic activism “which translates into the establishment of a fundamentalist and privatizing capitalism<\/strong> , “<\/strong> exposes the material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this same workshop, sponsored by the North American Saint Louis University, with a branch in Madrid, the participants shared with Felipe Gonz\u00e1lez M\u00e1rquez, who was president of Spain from 1982 to 1996, leader of the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party. In 1983, he created the antiterrorist liberation groups responsible for kidnapping, torture and murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another of those summoned was the counterrevolutionary Manuel Cuesta Mor\u00faa, who has worked for the NED since 2014<\/strong> . Cuesta Mor\u00faa orchestrated the provocative plans against the summits of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States in Havana, the Summit of the Americas in Panama, in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlos Leonardo V\u00e1zquez recalls that during the workshop Yunior told Cuesta that “he admired his figure as a political dissident and that they could be in contact at some point to address some issues.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The prominence of Yunior Garc\u00eda Aguilera began at the University of Saint Louis, where he excitedly stated that upon his arrival in Cuba he was going to dedicate himself to the counterrevolution,”<\/strong> stated Dr. Carlos in the material of Razones de Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the night of November 26, 2020, the leader of the Archipelago published on his Facebook wall, “Cuba, and what do we do now?”, A phrase that is similar to the words spoken by the theatrologist V\u00e1clav Havel, defender of hegemonics of the United States who said “Something has to be done.” The next day he appeared in front of the Ministry of Culture behind an alleged artistic position “to summon creators and intellectuals dissatisfied with the management of the sector’s institutions to disrespect the law”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of the acts of July 11, Yunior Garc\u00eda went to the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television to make a 15-minute public intervention, complying with the unconventional warfare manuals applied in Venezuela, Nicaragua and Yugoslavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another of the typical elements of the so-called soft knocks is the affiliation and activism of people of the culture. The media are also a key part of its network, as it fosters discontent and mistrust in the government and its policies, as well as strengthening the morale of the insurgents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is a color revolution? “Cause chaos, disobedience of society, also cause international organizations to carry sanctions that can cause military intervention and seek the establishment of an alternative government,” said V\u00e1zquez Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

One of the actors in the current rhetoric of aggressions against Cuba is Ram\u00f3n Sa\u00fal S\u00e1nchez Rizo, a notorious terrorist linked to organizations such as Alpha 66, Omega 7, Coordination of United Revolutionary Organizations (CORU) and the National Liberation Front of Cuba. In 1982, he was accused of participating in the attack against Ra\u00fal Roa Kour\u00ed, Cuban ambassador to the United Nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of 1995, he joined the naval flotillas of the independent and democratic Cuba organization that have violated Cuban territorial waters on multiple occasions. He is currently president of the Democracy Movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the leader of the Archipelago denies his links with subversive organizations or agencies financed by the US government, since 2017, an organization led until March 2021 by William Joseph Burns, current director of the Central Agency<\/strong> , was identified by the Carnegie Fund for International Peace. Intelligence (CIA).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Likewise, renowned figures of the extreme right such as Marco Rubio, Mar\u00eda Elvira Salazar and Orlando Guti\u00e9rrez Boronat support the march.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 12, Yunior Garc\u00eda acknowledged before teleSUR his relationship with Timothy Z\u00fa\u00f1iga Brown, charge d’affaires of the Washington Embassy in Havana, but omitted the links with Alexander Augustine Marceil, Cuban Affairs official of the US State Department who has served temporary missions in countries in conflict such as South Sudan, Kenya and Mexico. He has visited Cuba three times between 2019 and 2021, upon arrival in Havana he has had meetings with members of the internal counterrevolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For her part, Saily Gonz\u00e1lez Vel\u00e1zquez, spokesperson for the Archipelago platform in Villa Clara, acknowledges the support offered by the Cuban-American National Foundation. In an interview with ADN Cuba, he said that “what I am doing is informing myself with people like Omar L\u00f3pez, other people who are advising us on the issue of peaceful resistance and non-violent struggle.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that Omar L\u00f3pez Montenegro is the director of human rights of said foundation, protector of the terrorists Luis Posada Carriles and Orlando Bosh \u00c1vila, authors of the bombing of the Cubana de aviaci\u00f3n plane in which 73 passengers lost their lives, including the youth team fencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe is calling for a march that he says is peaceful, but he knows it is not. Because in the paramilitary workshop where we participated there were two generals. What Yunior Garc\u00eda Aguilera is looking for is the confrontation of the Armed Forces with the people and we will not allow that, \u201d<\/strong> said Dr. Carlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
