The French-Spanish professor and journalist Ignacio Ramonet described the listing as absolutely cynical. The organization Friends of Cuba in Thessaloniki, a Greek port city, labeled the decision malicious and provocative. Members of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela issued a communiqu\u00e9 condemning U.S. imperialism and rejecting the list as a farce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Party of the European Left pointed out that the addition of Cuba to the list was inadmissible and additionally denounced the tightening of the blockade which it is meant to justify; while Norwegian Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Soreide stated that the decision was lamentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Source: <a
